As Director of HVAC and Plumbing Engineering, Steve Waller is responsible for overseeing and directing the mechanical engineering phases of all projects, including initial systems design concepts, performing system evaluations, construction documentation, and interfacing with construction administration. In addition, Steve has engineered various campus energy management, and thermal utility generation and distribution systems. He brings more than 25 years of diversified design and project management experience, having served in positions of increasing responsibility, including assignments as cGMP Specialist, Mechanical/HVAC Engineer, and Project Manager. He's worked on projects with various corporate, academic, and government clients, including Pfizer, Procter & Gamble, DuBiotech, National Institutes of Health, NJEDA, Rutgers University, and New York University.
