At HDR CUH2A for the past 15 years, Steve Blair has been focusing on large research and development facilities for major pharmaceutical companies and governmental agencies. With strong experience in technical design and project management, Steve has developed and nurtured excellent relationships with project clients. In 2003, Steve opened our Bethesda office in the District of Columbia area, where he both oversees the design and construction of large-scale complex projects and guides the expansion of services in the Mid-Atlantic region. He leads the implementation of our business development strategy to ensure that all technical and managerial resources are made available to the firm’s growing DC client base to provide cost-effective, efficient and high-quality design services.
