Jeff Dayton is responsible for the global operation of the division, and for implementing tactical business decisions. As COO, Jeff optimizes financial performance. He achieves this partly through the execution of an intra-office workshare program, allocating project resources, such as staff, among the firm’s offices around the world. One of Jeff’s chief duties is to direct the Quality Management Program, a key process for ensuring both fiscal and professional success. Jeff brings to his leadership over 20 years of diversified management experience in the design and realization of complex building facilities.
