HDR Architecture Earns Top Spots in Giants 300 Ranking

HDR Architecture, parent company of HDR CUH2A, has once again earned top spots in Building Design+Construction's Giants 300 rankings, an annual survey of the country's largest AEC firms in the nonresidential building industry. Companies were ranked based on the volume of commercial, institutional, industrial, and multifamily residential building work completed the previous year. Design firms are ranked on billings for work performed in-house.
HDR Architecture rose in all applicable rankings for 2009, including rising to No. 3 among all Architecture/Engineering firms. HDR also scored top ten spots in the following sectors: Healthcare (No.1); Institutional (No. 2); Reconstruction (No. 5); number of LEED APs within the firm (No. 5); University (No. 8); Industrial (No. 8); and the Office Sector (No. 10). In two new categories for 2009, HDR tied for first in the Top 170 BIM Adopters and was ranked No. 5 in the Top 150 Green Design Firms.
