Learning & Enrichment Program
A portion of
HDR CUH2A University is our “Learning & Enrichment Program.” The L&E Program is a series of lunch time seminars taught by both in-house instructors and external consultants. Topics cover 3 course tracts: Technical Expertise, Corporate and Personal Growth. Within 1 year, employees are required to attend 6 courses chosen from a syllabus comprised of twenty. The L&E Program has proved to be successful in leveraging our in-house expertise, supporting our overall corporate initiatives and reinforcing that our best investment is in the knowledge and growth of our employees.
