Integrated Design Collective
The IDC group, comprised of young designers in the firm from multiple disciplines and offices, meets monthly in an open forum and covers a variety of topics, significant to what’s happening at the firm and in the industry. Some topics in 2009 will include cross-office collaboration, ciritcal/creative thinking, uncovering the latest in science and technology, and graphic representation. Outside the monthly meetings, the group meets for social events such as design lectures, project site visits, and a year end gala as well as less formalized outings like museum visits and music/performance art shows.

The Integrated Design Collective (IDC) establishes an interdisciplinary forum for professional development, encouraging young designers to generate ideas, develop their education and enhance design understanding at HDR CUH2A.
